Refund policy
Returns
We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, it must be unworn and undamaged and in its original unworn and undamaged packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be accepted providing stock is available, to start an exchange process you can contact us at cheshker_sales@outlook.com. Please note that returns for exchange will need to be sent to the following address: 30 Portland Avenue, Marulan, NSW, 2579, Australia.
If your return for exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, Note: shipping charges will apply for the new exchanged product to be sent to you and the item will not be sent until the funds are received.
Cancelations or Amendments
Once your order has been placed it starts to be processed so it can make its way to you as quickly as possible, If you require a cancelation or amendment this can only occur before and up until the item has been shipped, To start a cancelation request you can contact us at cheshker_sales@outlook.com After the item is shipped it is not possible to cancel or amend an order, you would need to wait and then once the order is received then you can start a return request.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund back to you.
